I am a psychotherapist with 20 years of experience working in Silver Spring, MD. I work with the "worried well" population — adults who are generally functioning well, but still want to make changes in order to become happier and more fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.
Because I am not only trained as a psychotherapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), but also as a coach (Master Certified Coach), I use a pro-active, life-affirming, directive style as a psychotherapist.
